Dylan Dunkerton
Style: Free Ride, Down Hill
Home Town: Roberts Creek, BC
Dunkerton and the Coastal Crew designed and built a truly inspirational trail for Kranked - REVOLVE. "We set out to create a line that we thought would get us the most stoked to ride and would be unique the whole way through", says Dunkerton. "After a lot of hard work we have come up with a segment that will make you want to do nothing but ride your bike."
Dunkerton started riding when he was really young. "I would always build stunts around my yard out of little dirt piles or pieces of wood to jump around on", explains Dunkerton. "Now in the yard we use excavators and Cedar to build what ever we can think of."
Dunkerton says that he likes to ride any type of trail as long as it has flow. "In my eyes flowy terrain is what makes a trail fun to ride", says Dunkerton. "I love jumping and cornering my bike on anything I can, weather it is a fast trail or a set of flowy jumps. As long as I'm riding my bike on a mountain, I will be stoked!"
As for the ultimate ride ... "riding in the trees and fresh air with your best friends on one of those trails that just gets you so amped your laughing and yelling the whole way down."
